Policies are strictly enforced.
We have the right to refuse any service.

Once we ( K Harmon Design Studio ) have begun creating the requested project we CANNOT issue a refund for ANY service/project.

Communication is key to a successful service.

All needed information will be requested for your project prior to beginning. It is mandatory that you provide the requested information within 24 hours. Otherwise, your service and payment becomes null and void. Project will NOT be started if we do not have the information needed , which can result in a refund .

Once designs are completed, you will be provided with a sample. You are allotted 4 revisions. A $15 up-charge may occur for additional revisions. Logo development includes 3 - 4 drafts. Minor changes can be made to the draft pick of your choice. If client request an additional design a $10 fee will be mandatory. This is why it's important that you have a concept for your brand! If the client understands what they want we can as well which will ultimately result in the perfect design for the client. Our method of communication is via text, email , and audio clips. We are currently not taking phone calls. We keep all communication documented in case of any discrepancies. If you’d like to discuss your project over the phone feel free to book a consultation!Your logo/project will be emailed to you after it is finalized and after your final payment has been made. Once the logo has been emailed, the transaction has been completed. An up-charge will occur for additional changes in the future. A refund can NOT be issued if the final project has been completed. Websites must be approved and finalized within 24 hours of completion. This means that all changes must be submitted within 24 hours or the website will be finalized as is.
